What is an air gun (air pistol and air rifles)?
An airgun is a gun that launches (shoots) a projectile using the force of pressurized air or a similar gas like carbon dioxide, rather than by the pressure generated by gunpowder. A gun that uses burning gunpowder to generate force is called a firearm.
There are three main types of airgun power plants: A pneumatic airgun holds a stored charge of compressed air for one or several shots. The air can be pressurized by a pump that is part of the gun or it can be introduced from a separate source like a hand pump or a scuba tank.
A spring gun uses a powerful spring to push a piston that rapidly compresses air inside a chamber. Spring guns do not store air; they release it instantly - just after they compress it.
A CO2 gun holds liquid carbon dioxide that evaporates to gas at very high pressure. Like the pneumatic, this gun has a valve that releases a portion of high-pressure gas with each shot.
Whats the difference between a bb gun and an airgun?
A BB gun is actually a type of airgun. It's called a BB gun because it shoots round steel balls called BBs. Any gun that uses air or compressed gas to launch a projectile is an airgun, so a BB gun is an airgun but not all airguns are BB guns. There have been some airguns that launch projectiles by means of a spring or a rubber band, like a slingshot. These are also called airguns, even though they don't exactly fit the description of a true airgun.
What if i recieved damaged merchandise?
If your merchandise is damaged in shipping please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours. Call us at 954-549-4437 or e-mail us at support@davieweapons.com and include your full name, order number, and a description of the damage merchandise. You must save all packing material in the condition which it was received. Once you notify us of the damage, we will contact you and begin the claim process with the shipping company. Please allow 10 business days for UPS to pick up the damage merchandise from you. If after 10 business days have passed and they have picked it up, you can either keep the item or discard it. After the 10 business days are over we'll have to wait until UPS respond back to us in reference to your damage item/items and then we'll be able to reship another item which will take approximately 3-5 business days to complete.
What if the merchandise is defective?
If you receive the defective merchandise, Please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours. Call us at 954-549-4437 or e-mail support@davieweapons.com and include your full name and order number. Please allow 1-3 business days for UPS to pick up the defective merchandise from you. If after 1-3 business days have passed and they have picked it up, please contact us. After the 1-3 business days are over we'll have to wait until UPS respond back to us in reference to your defective item/items and then we'll be able to reship another item which will take approximately 3-5 business days to complete. If we made a 3 delivery attempt and the package was not ready on the 3rd attempt, the customers are liable to send the item back to us at their cost.
My item/items is placed on back order, What does that mean?
When your item/items is placed on Back order it means that due to the high sales volume on some of your item/items which you have bought, we are currently out of stock at that time. Please allow 30 days for your item/items to be shipped. Once item/items is placed on backorder, we cannot cancel until the 30 days have been fulfilled. Please Note: If your order/orders are partially shipped, you will not be charge extra shipping cost.
I recieved the wrong product what do i do?
If you receive the wrong merchandise please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours. Call us at 954-549-4437 or e-mail support@davieweapons.com and include your full name and order number. You must save all packing material in the condition which it was received. Once you notify us of the wrong merchandise, we will contact you and begin the reshipping process with our shipping company. Do not send us back merchandise without our approval. You must obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) before attempting to return any merchandise to davieweapons. Any packages received without a valid RA# will be returned to the sender at sender's cost. To obtain an RA# please call us at 954-549-4437 or e-mail support@davieweapons.com. A customer service representative will give you an RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any included paperwork.

If we made a 3 delivery attempt and the package was not ready on the 3rd attempt, the customers are liable to send the item back to us at their cost.
I'm not satisfied with my product, can i make an exchange? Exchanges are welcome as long as they are done within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Anyone exchanging products will have to pay the shipping cost when we have to reship their product. If for any reason customers are unsatisfied with their product, they will have to ship it back to us and we will charge a 25% restocking fee. Shipping cost for unsatisfied products will not be reimbursed.
